FAQ
Q: My machine is not frothing milk.
A: If you are using the insulated milk container, please unscrew the lid slightly so that it is not so tight. This will solve the problem most of the time. You can also remove the milk frother from the machine and make sure the knob is pointing to the “+” sign.
Q: My coffee is not hot enough.
A: Are you making a drink that also contains milk? Milk tends to cool the coffee down a bit. There is a slight adjustment that we can help walk you through. The easiest solution is to warm the milk prior to making a drink.
Q: The machine is showing an error message.
A: This machine has built in AI and will notify you when action needs to be taken. An error message does not mean that the unit is defective, but rather the owner needs to perform maintenance or some other action (for example, empty the water tray, empty coffee grounds, etc). We can help walk you through any error message that you receive.
Q: My machine shows a fill bean error even though it is full of coffee beans.
A: Coffee beans are generally the same size, but there are some variations in size which could cause the machine to think that it is empty. This is a very easy fix. In order to adjust this sensitivity, please go to the menu and select the “Calibrate” option. Enter code 67 and click enter. Then input 5 and click enter. If you see the fill beans light again while using these beans, please go back in and set it to 6. Please be careful not to adjust this higher than one step at a time, and you may have to readjust back down if you switch coffee beans. Also, please never set it to 9 because this could cause damage to the machine.
